Cookie Policy
The cookies this site uses.
Last updated: July 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to give the site owner information about how the site is used. Cookies can be “session” cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which stay on your device until they expire or you delete them.
2. How we use cookies
This website uses essential and functional cookies, which are needed for the site and its forms to work properly. These include cookies set by WordPress (the software the site is built on) and by Forminator (the tool that runs our contact and free SEO audit forms), for example to keep the forms working and to help protect against spam.
With your consent, we also use analytics cookies, described in section 3 below. We do not use any advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you or to follow you around other websites.
3. Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google, to understand in general terms how visitors find and use the website so we can improve it. When you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner shown on your first visit, GA4 sets cookies (for example _ga) that help it measure how the site is used and recognise returning visitors. We use it only for aggregated website analytics, not for advertising.
If you choose “Reject”, GA4 stays in a consent mode that sets no cookies on your device and does not identify you. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every website with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking or deleting cookies through your browser settings (see section 4).
4. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you see what cookies are stored, block cookies from some or all websites, and delete cookies that are already on your device. The help pages of your browser will explain how to do this.
Please note that our cookies are essential to how the site works, so blocking or deleting them may affect your experience, for example the contact and audit forms may not work correctly.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy from time to time, for example if we add new tools or introduce analytics. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
6. Contact
If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please contact us by email at info@bubblehub.ie. For more about how we handle your personal data generally, please see our Privacy Policy.
