Privacy Policy

How we handle your data.

Last updated: July 2026.

1. Who we are

SEO Agency Galway is a trading brand of Bubblehub Media Ltd, a company registered in Ireland with its registered office in Drogheda, Co. Louth. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bubblehub Media Ltd trading as SEO Agency Galway.

We are the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or about how we use your information, you can contact us at:

Company registration number: [company registration number to confirm].

2. The information we collect

We collect personal data that you choose to give us through the two forms on this website: a contact form and a free SEO audit request form, both powered by Forminator. The information these forms collect is:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your website address (URL)
  • Any message or details you type into the form

We also collect a limited amount of technical data that our hosting provider records automatically when any website is visited, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This data is used to keep the website secure and running properly, and to understand general usage. We do not use it to identify you personally.

3. How we use your information and our legal basis

We use the personal data you provide only for clear and limited purposes, and we always rely on a lawful basis under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the free SEO audit you request. Our legal basis is your consent and the steps needed to enter into a possible contract with you.
  • To carry out related business communication, such as answering follow-up questions or arranging a call. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and running our business, balanced against your rights.
  • To keep the website secure and to meet our legal obligations. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests and, where relevant, compliance with the law.

4. Cookies

This website uses only the essential cookies needed for the site and its forms to work. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. For full details, please see our Cookie Policy.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. We share it only with the service providers (processors) that help us run this website, and only so far as they need it to provide their service to us. These are:

  • WPMU DEV, our managed hosting provider, which stores the website and its data on secure servers.
  • Forminator, the form tool that processes the information you submit through our contact and audit forms.

We may also disclose personal data if we are required to do so by law, for example in response to a valid request from a court, regulator or law enforcement body.

6. International transfers

Wherever possible, your personal data is processed within the European Union or European Economic Area (EU/EEA). If any of our processors transfers personal data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep the personal data you send us only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or provide the audit you requested, and to keep reasonable business and legal records afterwards. Once it is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it securely.

8. How we keep your information secure

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, our hosting is managed and monitored, and access to the information you submit is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep the risk as low as possible.

9. Your rights under the GDPR

Under the GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • The right to have inaccurate data corrected (rectification)
  • The right to have your data erased in certain circumstances
  • The right to restrict how we process your data
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests
  • The right to withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at info@bubblehub.ie. We will respond within the time limits set by the GDPR. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing we carried out before you withdrew it.

10. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to other websites that we do not control. This privacy policy applies only to our website, so we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website you visit.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example if our services change or if we add new tools such as analytics. Google Analytics 4 may be added in future; if it is, we will update this policy and the Cookie Policy and seek your consent where required. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

12. How to contact us and how to complain

If you have any questions about this policy, or you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us by email at info@bubblehub.ie or by phone on 041 986 5012.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission, if you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data. You can find out more at www.dataprotection.ie.
